Disasters strike without warning.  Disasters come in the form of severe weather, fire, flooding, or worse.  Every business has a contingency plan for these types of events, but many overlook one of their most important assets which are their digital assets.

Digital assets are crucial to any modern business.  There are very few businesses that function in today’s marketplace without the use of a computer.  Important documents are stored for easy access, standard forms are kept digitally, and tax information is usually now in digital form.

Most businesses store client information digitally, as well as contact information for vendors.  Invoicing is generally done through a computer, and accounts payables are also kept in this manner.  Loss of this information will be devastating.
